HaZeyHosting Terms and Conditions!

Servers are eligible for refunds within 24 hours of the creation of the server in our database. Please note that this point is not marked by the time at which your initial payment is processed and may differ by several hours or days. Refunds cannot be requested without probable cause. Additionally, non-monthly terms are non-refundable, and as dedicated servers require explicit provisioning, we are not able to provide refunds on these orders.

Please be aware that if you have a PayPal subscription and do not cancel it on your end, we will not be able to issue a refund. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute on a payment, your services will automatically be terminated, and your account will be closed. Finally, we reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect that your refund attempt may be fraudulent.

To terminate your services, you can either cancel through your account at https://billing.hazeyhosting.com or by opening a ticket on our Discord server. The link to our Discord server is available on our website at https://www.hazeyhosting.com/.

Cancellations can be initiated at any point in time and can be executed immediately or at the end of the billing period. Please note that HaZeyHosting does not have access to clients’ PayPal accounts; therefore, we cannot and will not be responsible for any unintended payments made through the automatic payment subscription service.

HaZeyHosting, under no circumstances, shall be held liable for any data loss, disruption of information, or distribution of information including that of unauthorized access to our server systems or any other loss of data. HaZeyHosting shall not be held liable for any disruption, delay, or disconnection of services for any period of time.

Any support requests required for products from HaZeyHosting shall be submitted through the billing system via tickets. Any other form of contact other than the predetermined ticket system is not guaranteed a proper answer from an official representative.

HaZey Hosting cannot guarantee that all promotion codes will work all of the time.

HaZeyHosting retains the right to seek and consult with any appropriate authorities that may need to be involved in the event of an issue arising whether it is through violation of this policy or any other illegal occurrence requiring the involvement of law-enforcement agencies.

While we offer unlimited bandwidth and backup storage to our customers, we reserve the right to request that you delete excessive files, such as large logs or anything else we deem excessive. Additionally, we do not support the use of any custom JAR files or files uploaded by the user.

Any uploaded files that cause the server to lag or make the server unplayable are not the responsibility of HaZeyHosting.

If we find your server using any sort of system to bypass limits put on your servers such as RAM or security your server is subject to being terminated without refund.

Additionally, we reserve all rights to terminate your server or service upon any violation of these terms or any other basis if deemed needed.

HaZeyHosting services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. HaZey Hosting reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.

Use of the HaZeyHosting services to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property is not permitted.

Using the HaZeyHosting services to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that harasses another is not permitted.

Adding, removing, or modifying identifying network header information in an effort to deceive or mislead is prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information is also prohibited.

However, the use of anonymous remailers or nicknames does not constitute impersonation.

Use of HaZeyHosting service to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services, or to advance any type of financial scam such as “pyramid schemes” and “chain letters.”

Use of the HaZeyHosting service to access, or attempt to access, the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of HaZeyHosting or another entity’s computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, is expressly prohibited. This applies whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data.

Any offending HaZeyHosting account is subject to immediate termination and further investigation.

Use of the HaZeyHosting service for any activity which affects the ability of other people or systems to use HaZeyHosting Services or the Internet is strictly prohibited. This includes “Denial of Service” (DoS) attacks against another network host or individual user. Interference with or disruption of other network users, services, or equipment is not allowed.

It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that their network is configured in a secure manner. A Subscriber may not, through action or inaction, allow others to use their network for illegal or inappropriate actions. Additionally, a Subscriber may not permit their network to be configured, either through action or inaction, in such a way that gives a third party the capability to use it for illegal or inappropriate purposes.

Unauthorized entry and/or use of another company’s or individual’s computer system will result in immediate account termination.

HaZeyHosting will not tolerate any of the following actions:

• Attempting to access the accounts of others.
• Penetrating the security measures of other systems.
• Any activity, whether or not the intrusion results in data corruption or loss.

Any violation of these terms will lead to immediate service termination without notice.

Fraud involves a knowing misrepresentation or misleading statement, writing, or activity made with the intent that the person receiving it will act upon it. Fraud is strictly prohibited and offenses will be investigated.

Our Products may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by HaZeyHosting. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services.

If you access any third-party website, service, or content through HaZeyHosting, you do so at your own risk. You agree that HaZeyHosting will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third-party website, service, or content.

Our nodes may be offline at any time, with or without warning, intentionally or unintentionally. By using our service, you accept that a node may go offline at any time, with or without prior notice or intention.

If a node remains down for more than 30 minutes, you may be eligible for compensation. In the event of downtime, we will issue in-store credit equal to three times the cost of the server's downtime, provided that your services are affected.

HaZeyHosting offers unlimited storage on some plans. This storage is not allowed to be used other than for storage of the files of your server. If HaZeyHosting finds out that you are using our service for something other than this purpose, your server will be shut off with or without refund or notice.

HaZeyHosting offers unlimited vCores on some plans. These vCores are only allowed to be used for Minecraft servers and/or other games listed on our site. If HaZeyHosting discovers that you are using our service for any purpose other than this, your server may be shut off with or without notice or refund.

When we offer “Unlimited vCores,” it refers only to the number of cores available on the node. If you are found to be using an excessive number of cores, and our staff determines that the usage is excessive or unnecessary, your allocated cores may be limited.

Users that intend on using our services should know that running crypto mining, botnets, video streaming, or torrenting on our hardware will result in a violation of our terms of service and will lead to the termination of your service.

You can visit our website without providing us with your contact details. However, you may be required to provide some personal information for specific purposes. For instance, when dealing with an order, emailing us, subscribing to a service, or applying for a job.

We may request such information to offer you better service or to complete certain operations.

Modded Client hosting service is only allowed to be used for hosting modded clients related to HMW, Plutonium, H1-Mod, Alterware. Using the service for any other purpose, such as hosting unrelated server applications, files, or any other software, is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Use: The service may not be used to host non-related applications or files. Attempting to use the service for anything other than CoD modded client hosting will result in immediate service termination without warning. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Running servers unrelated to HMW, Plutonium, H1-Mod, Alterware, or iW4mAdmin content is prohibited.
• Hosting files unrelated to HMW, Plutonium, H1-Mod, Alterware, iW4mAdmin modded clients.
• Using the service for general file storage or other hosting purposes.

Service Termination: Any violation of the above policies will lead to the termination of services without notice. Additionally, no refunds will be provided in the event of service termination for violating these terms.

HaZeyHosting reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Pricing changes are immediately applicable to any new orders.

For services currently in use at the time of a price increase, clients will be informed of the change by email at least thirty (30) calendar days in advance. In such cases, and subject to the article “Conditions Specific to Consumers,” the client has the right to terminate the impacted services without penalty within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the price increase notification.

Termination must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, or through a specific form provided in the Management Interface. In the absence of termination, the client will be deemed to have accepted the new prices.

This termination right is not applicable in cases where price increases are due to unpredictable circumstances, making execution excessively expensive for HaZeyHosting, where HaZeyHosting had not agreed to assume the risk.
